Terms and Conditions
Hermanos Paella makes every effort to keep the information contained in this website up to date and correct. It is for general purposes only however, and the content should not be relied upon by the client. It is very important to us that your event is a success and, to ensure this, we recommend that you always contact us by phone or email to discuss your individual requirements in detail.
1. Quotations
Following our discussions, Hermanos Paella will provide you with a quotation for your event by telephone, email or in writing. If your requirements change at any time you must inform us so that we can review and re-issue our quotation if necessary.
Unless otherwise stated, the pricing for your party is quoted on a per head basis. This covers all the food and agreed related services including travel and fuel, set up, clearing and packing away. This does not include the cost of Bar Services and/or extra Staff unless otherwise stated.
2. Acceptance
In paying your deposit and confirming your booking you have deemed to accept our terms and conditions.
3. Guest numbers
Prices are quoted based on the estimate provided by you as to the number of guests attending the function and may include a guaranteed minimum number of guests agreed at the time of booking. Changes to the number attending should be made in writing as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate them. If the number of guests decreases without 7 days advance warning, you will be charged on the basis of the number of persons for which the event is originally booked or the guaranteed minimum where it has been specified.
4. Deposits & Payments
A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. This will be non-refundable, but transferable for another date subject to availability.
The remaining balance is to be paid one month before the event.
5. Logistics
Hermanos Paella requires vehicle access to the site area and reasonable parking. We ask that access roads for our vehicles and loading bays are made free on request for our use. We ask that you provide access to the supply of fresh water and toilet facilities.
6. Equipment hire
Breakages, damages or loss of property or equipment provided by Hermanos Paella by you or your guests that are incurred during the event will be billed directly to you after the event.
7. Liability
Hermanos Paella follows strict HACCP guidelines for all food production, handling, storage and distribution. We have sufficient and appropriate Public Liability Insurance to cover our activities. A copy of the certificate is available upon request.
8. Force Majeure
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the “performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by circumstances amounting to “Force Majeure.” Such events may include but are not limited to war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear activity, road traffic accidents, wet or windy weather conditions, fire and similar events outside our control.
